Chocolate marquise
Instructions
A cake to bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven.
To be served cold.
Whip egg yolks with sugar until you get a smooth mixture and smooth.
Stir the chocolate here with a few tablespoons of lukewarm milk and, stirring constantly, add the flour.
Mount the cream butter and add to the mixture, then gently incorporate the egg whites whisked egg whites well stopped.
Grease a fluted mold, pour the mixture and cook it in the oven in a Bain-Marie with the pan covered (must rhyme only open a window to allow the steam to escape).
Remove the cake from the oven at 200 degrees after about an hour of cooking and then cooling.
When serving, dip the mold for a few seconds in hot water, turn it upside down onto a plate, garnish the dessert to taste and covering it with strawberry sauce.
