Fried meringate magnolia
Instructions
Sprinkle well magnolia petals but not wash them or black; beat the egg whites with sugar; soak away the petals and fry them in hot oil Brown.
Dry on paper towels and serve hot sprinkled with powdered sugar.

- 24 petals of magnolia
- 4 egg whites
- 80 g of sugar
- Olive oil
- Vanilla icing sugar
