Grapefruit salad (2)
Instructions
Halve grapefruit and empty.
Keep the skins.
Dice all the fruit except sour cherries, and put it in a soup-tureen.
Soak it with the liquor and it with powdered sugar.
Keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Fill half grapefruit peels with macedonia and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 large grapefruits
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges
- 2 kiwi
- 4 apricots in syrup
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 12 sour cherries in syrup
- Kirsch
- Sugar
