Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Fry the onion in oil, add the chopped chilli, parsley and the broth and let it season a couple of minutes.
Add the tuna and cook for another 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta and dress with spicy sauce and chopped provolone.
Stir until the cheese begins to spin.
Served piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of type pasta macaroni
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 chili
- 85 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 ladle of broth
- 50 g of smoked provolone cheese
- Salt
