Rose Liqueur (Liquore di Rose)
Instructions
Mix rose petals with 200 g sugar and a little bit of alcohol.
Pour the tea into a glass jar to seal by adding the rest of the alcohol.
Let macerate for 10 days.
Prepare a syrup with sugar, water, and add to the contents of the jar.
Let it sit for another 10 days.
Spent the time, filtered for well liquor, imbottigliatelo and keep it in a cool place for three months before serving.

- 600 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 60 g of rose petals
- 650 g of sugar
- 1 g of cinnamon
