Instructions

Wash well and dry gently the petals of roses.

Put the vinegar in a jar or glass bottle with 2 teaspoons brown sugar.

Shake to mix well.

Add the petals and let stand for 15-30 days in a dark and cool place.

With gauze-filtered and bottled in all events.

It's delicious in salads, fruit, too.

It is very delicate and can please even those who normally don't like vinegar.
