Orange liqueur (Liquore All'arancia)
Instructions
Grate the Peel, well washed, oranges.
Place to soak, along with a handful of cloves and a pinch of nutmeg, in alcohol for about twenty days, then carefully filtered.
Meanwhile, melt the sugar in half a litre of water and add the alcohol.
Bottled and wait a month before tasting it.
Note: the filtering operation must be made with a funnel lined with filter paper or blocked with a WAD of cotton wool or with the help of a colander very dense.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 800 g of sugar
- 1000 g of oranges
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 handful of cloves
