Coffee liqueur (3)
Instructions
Put in an airtight jar, 1/4 of a litre of water and alcohol.
Let it sit for eight days and then filter.
Prepare a syrup by boiling for a few minutes in 1/4 of a litre of water, sugar and vanilla; remove the vanilla bean and add the syrup to coffee liqueur.
Mix well and pour into the bottle.
Let stand 20 or 30 days before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of very finely ground coffee
- 50 cl of water
- 25 cl of alcohol
- 350 g of sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
