Instructions
Bring to a boil the water, put the sugar and boil for 3 minutes, then leave to cool.
Once the syrup is cold, pour into an airtight jar and add alcohol, coffee and cocoa.
Homogenize and leave to infuse for 30 days.
At the end of 30 days has been carefully filtered bottle and wait 3 months before eating.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 35 cl of water
- 300 g of sugar
- 45 cl of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 100 g of ground coffee
- 50 g of cocoa
