Coffee liqueur
Instructions
Prepare a syrup with sugar dissolved in water over low heat.
Add the finely ground coffee; stir for a few minutes and let cool.
Now add the pure alcohol and place the whole thing to rest for at least 24 hours: carefully filtered and long.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of sugar
- 300 g of water
- 150 g of fine ground coffee
- 200 g of alcohol
