Centrifugal switch to carrots and fennel; transfer the juice into large tumbler with ice cubes; Add the broth (previously defatted and seasoned with spices), lemon juice.
Stir for a few seconds, decorated with carrot washers (also good).
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 120 g of chicken soup
- 1/2 fennel cut into slices
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 4 drops of tabasco
- Spray 1 of worcester sauce
- 1 pinch of celery salt
- To decorate:
- 2 washers of carrot
