Fried lake whitefishes
Instructions
Keep the milk bath Lake whitefishes.
Dry them and toss them in the flour.
In a pan heat plenty of oil and fish.
Cook to fire not too lively for about 8 minutes.
Turn them over and cook the other side.
Drain them, dry them on absorbent paper and then sprinkle the pretzels.
The Lake whitefishes, baked in a pan with a little butter, are more delicate.
