Kefir
Instructions
Let settle for 2 or 3 days, then filter it with a strainer (not too big holes).
Throw the fig and lemon squeezed them.
Store in the refrigerator.
---The kefir is a ferment, a sort of yeast, which is used in the preparation of beverages.
The BREW you can buy in shops (or you can give them) and should be stored away from sources of heat, in sugar water.
If ' fed ' with lukewarm water, sugar and flour, and left in place, the BREW they reproduce spontaneously, and can then be divided and redistributed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of water
- 3 tablespoons of kefir
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 hoot
- 1/2 lemon of cross engraved
