Instructions
Obtain 8 toothpicks.
Cut the meat into slices and pieces 2 slices of mortadella.
Arrange 1/2 over each slice: 1/2 slice of mortadella, a pinch of Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Close with a toothpick.
Reheat in a saucepan (preferably earthenware) the oil and Brown the crushed garlic cloves: put the 8 on high heat rolls to grill the meat on each side.
Let then Cook just enough (about 30 minutes).
If you need to add water or white wine to Deglaze shortly.
Do not add salt: tasty enough already.
Pepper at the end, serve warm, preferably with lightly stir-fried vegetables.
