Instructions
Make a dough with Parmesan and breadcrumbs, in equal doses, a little oil and put a bit of dough on each slice already streaked with butter.
Bake in a pan or in the oven.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Some slices of thin cut veal silverside
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Butter
