Spring salad
Instructions
Clean, wash and drain all the salads.
Cut them into strips, seasoning them with rosemary oil, sprinkle with salt and garnish with Rosemary sprigs.
You can prepare the Rosemary scented oil shedding a twig in the oil to infuse for a couple of months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of spring salads (insalata soncino chicory salad)
- Salt
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
