Ovoli and porcini salad
Instructions
Clean and Wash spinach making them drain well.
Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms.
Rub with the clove of garlic crushed the walls of a salad bowl; Add spinach, mushrooms and Parmesan.
Flush with an emulsion of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 royal agarics mushrooms still closed
- 4 small firm porcini mushrooms
- 200 g of tender hearts with spinach
- 50 g of cheese parmesan
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Spicchietto 1 of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Unrefined sea salt
- Black pepper
