Apple salad
Instructions
Put soaked the raisins in warm water.
Browse the lettuce, wash and sgrondatela, then put aside the four outer leaves and cut the rest into strips then mixing them with carrots.
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
Cut the cheese into cubes and mix with apples to vegetables.
Add salt a little, add the lemon juice, raisins, drained and squeezed and dressed with mayonnaise.
Mix and split the mixture into the lettuce leaves held by hand, place on a platter and serve.

- 1 tablespoon of sultanas
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 300 g of julienne-cut carrots
- 2 green apples
- 50 g of emmenthal cheese
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 50 g of mayonnaise
