Corn salad with radicchio
Instructions
Clean and Wash spinach and radicchio.
Spezzettateli and collect it all in a bowl.
Cut the ham into small cubes, drained corn and add to salad.
In a bowl, dissolve a pinch of salt and lemon juice emulsified with oil.
Pour on salad, stir.
Accompanying wines: Trentino DOC Nosiola Bianchello DOC, Taburno Coda Di Volpe DOC.

- 200 g of boiled maize
- 100 g of smoked ham
- 100 g of spinach
- 3 bunches of radicchio rosso
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
