Instructions

Boil a lobster of 1000 g in weight and extract the pulp and coral.

Coral and crush cutting with 6 tablespoons light mayonnaise.

Slice the lobster flesh.

On an oval dish, prepare a bed of sliced lettuce and sit above, spiral or chain, lobster slices alternately with sliced boiled eggs.

Leave a blank space in the middle and fill it with coral sauce.

Serve just lukewarm.
