Lobster Salad (Insalata di Aragosta)
Instructions
Cut the lobster into pieces and cook in a court-bouillon just aromatic.
Boil the vegetables separately, cut into pieces, add some chopped gherkin, olives stoned, sliced hard-boiled eggs mayonnaise, seasoned with a little salt.
When the lobster is cooked, drain, cut the flesh into small pieces, add them to a salad, stir gently.
Clean and wash the lettuce leaves, dry, a Crystal cup lined, above you have the mixture and serve

- 1 lobster
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- Olives
- Cucumbers
- 100 g of peas
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 100 g of green beans
- 1 stalk of celery
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
