Instructions
Slice all vegetables and cheese when done, cut into cubes in a bowl, seasoned with oregano and olive oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 red tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 1 sweet red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- 200 g of feta cheese (or cheese caciotta)
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Oregano
