Hot mocha
Instructions
Chop the chocolate into 1 saucepan and let it melt in a double boiler over low heat, then, little by little and stirring constantly, add the hot coffee, then the milk which is heated and then poured the whisky.
Divide the drink still hot in warmed glasses 4 and complete with well-cooled cream and a pinch of powdered coffee.
Serve immediately.

- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of whisky
- 30 cl of lightly sweetened hot coffee
- 10 cl of milk
- 10 cl of well-cooled cream
- 1 teaspoon of powder cafe
