Instructions
Heat oven to 140 degrees.
Lightly grease a round baking dish low edges 26 cm.
With the help of an electric mixer beat eggs in a bowl with sugar until the mixture is doubled in volume and will become spongy and light.
Add the cognac and, little by little, the sifted flour and stir well with a wooden spoon.
Finally, always a little at a time, milk.
Arrange in baking dish the apricots and cherries, pour over the batter and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the cake is golden and very soft to the touch.
Serve warm.

- 12 drained canned apricot halves
- 200 g of canned pitted cherries and drained
- 3 eggs
- 75 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cognac
- 75 g of sifted flour
- 30 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
