Forest ice cream
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they become foamy and white.
Divide into 2 equal parts.
one combine raspberry syrup and the other that of cranberries and refrigerate.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar and incorporate half of each of the 2 preparations that will be paid in 2 square moulds and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
When serving, unmold the ice cream on the serving dish 1.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of creme fraiche
- 3 egg yolks
- 120 g of sugar
- 30 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 cup of blueberry syrup
- 1/2 cup of raspberry syrup
