Ice cream with cherries
Instructions
Put the sugar in a saucepan with a little water, boil for a few minutes, stir, then add the washed and pitted cherries, lemon rind, Cook a few minutes, sifting through, then add the gelatine, stir and season with the liquor.
Divide ice cream into bowls, drizzle with cherry sauce and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of cherries
- 300 g of base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of currant jelly
- 2 tablespoons of kirsch
- Lemon zest
