Vanilla Ice-Cream
Instructions
Put the egg yolks into a bowl, add sugar and mount them with an electric mixer until they are almost white.
Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, add the stick of vanilla and vanilla sugar and cook until boiling limit.
Immediately remove the Pan from heat, let stand for a few minutes, then remove the vanilla pod and pour the milk over the egg yolks, cream, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Cook the cream in a double boiler or even on very low heat until it begins to thicken.
Then remove from heat and let it cool down and bath, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into the bowl of ice cream maker and let it consolidate ice cream, according to the specific instructions of your device.
If you don't have the latter, pour the cream into a container from the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
After this time, worked the ice cream with a wooden spoon for a few minutes to whisk it and put it back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
