Melon ice cream
Instructions
In a small saucepan put sugar with water and place it on the stove at low heat, stirring occasionally until sugar has dissolved.
Increase the flame and let it boil for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, puree the melon pulp (that you removed previously) and add sugar syrup and lemon juice.
Let the mixture cool, then pour it into the ice cream maker.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can get an ice cream by putting the mixture in the freezer and stirring every so often.
The ice cream is ready after about three hours.

- 600 g of honeydew melon pulp
- 400 g of sugar
- 40 cl of water
- 1 lemon (juice)
