Coffee ice cream with melted nutella
Instructions
Boil the milk in a saucepan; working with a whisk in a saucepan the sugar, egg yolks and add the boiling milk and coffee.
Spent on moderate flame and then thicken the mixture does not boil.
Remove from heat, let cool and then freeze in a rectangular mould.
Melt some milk with the Chocolate in a saucepan and serve sliced ice cream with melted Nutella.
