Instructions
Boiling the milk and then put in the coffee beans for three quarters of an hour.
Then beat with the whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar; to this mixture add the mixture of milk and coffee.
Pour together, bit by bit, whipped until foamy soda, stirring slowly with a whisk until everything is incorporated.
Put the cream thus prepared in a suitable container and store in the freezer.
The ice cream will be ready within 5 or 6 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 egg yolks
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 10 cl of milk
- 80 g of coffee beans
- 50 cl of cream
