Instructions

Peel and cut into segments apples and pears.

Let soften in warm water for about 2 hours the plums and apricots.

Rattle off the top and cut in 2 other.

Cook all the fruit prepared in a syrup of 1/4 of water, 100 g sugar and cloves, by flavouring to the end with the rum.
