Instructions

You drain the pineapple syrup and peaches.

Pour half a cup of syrup in a saucepan, simmer and let it just caramelize.

Divide into four portions of pineapple slices.

Arrange on each a scoop of ice cream.

Please ask over half peaches and a thin layer of caramel syrup.

Garnish with a swirl of whipped cream and amaretti.
