Ricotta pancakes (4)
Instructions
Mix the ricotta with the icing sugar, the flour, egg yolk and a little orange liqueur.
With the dough form flattened patties, then dip in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
FRY in plenty of oil and serve hot.

- 200 g of ricotta
- 70 == G icing sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 1 egg yolk
- Orange liqueur
- Breadcrumbs
- Abundant of olive oil
