Flowers and courgette fritters
Instructions
Prepare a batter with flour, milk, eggs and yeast.
Let it sit for a few minutes.
Remove the flowers from the zucchini and grate them finely crumble too not the flowers with your hands and add to the batter.
Mix well.
Heat plenty of oil in a pan and pour the mixture in spoonfuls.
Drain fritters on paper towels and serve immediately very hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of courgettes with flower
- 200 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 g of yeast for quiches
- Olive oil
