Frappé with melon
Instructions
Cut the melon in half, remove seeds and filaments, remove the flesh and cut it into small pieces.
Put it in the Blender, add the sugar, the milk, the cream, and syrup, if desired, some crushed ice cubes.
Mix everything together until you have a smooth cream, then pour the frappé into bowls, Garnish each with a cherry in syrup and serve.

- 1 ripe melon
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of cherry syrup
- 4 cherries in syrup
