Flan with onions
Instructions
In a bowl, put all the ingredients except onions.
Beat with a whisk to avoid lumps forming.
Pour the mixture into 4 small dishes butter, garnish with thin slices of onion and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

- 2 eggs
- 100 g of grated cheddar cheese
- 10 cl of cream
- 10 cl of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of mustard powder
- 2 red onions
