Instructions
Preparing ice in the shaker with pouring the first three ingredients and Cointreau.
Shake vigorously and serve in a double cocktail glass and top up with well-cooled Pinot.
Garnish with olives and a sugary Orange slice.

- 1/4 aperol
- 1/4 rose's lime juice cordial
- 1/4 tanqueray gin
- 1/4 cinzano pinot chardonnay sparkling wine
- 1 teaspoon of cointreau
- For garnish
- 1 slice of orange
- 2 olive
