Fluffy strawberry dessert
Instructions
Pass the strawberries through a sieve.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add the strawberry puree, cream and breadcrumbs.
Beat the egg whites until fluffy with a pinch of salt to the mixture and spoon.
Moisten a mould, sprinkle with sugar and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a water bath for 35 minutes, then transfer to the oven for 15 minutes.
Carefully unmold.
To taste it cold, served with a strawberry jelly diluted with water and brandy.

- 300 g of strawberries
- 60 g of fine breadcrumbs
- 120 g of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 3 eggs
