Sweet fillings
Instructions
Put the ricotta in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Add the honey and almonds (or hazelnuts) mince and mix well.
Use the spoon to stuff dates (or prunes) with this mixture.
If plums or dates have no openings, poggiateci the mixture over.
Put the cakes in a dish and keep them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1/2 cup of ricotta
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of almonds (or chopped hazelnuts)
- 6 dates (or prunes)
