Sweet chinese tea
Instructions
Sift the flour on a Board and mix it with a teaspoon of baking powder.
Add sugar, ginger, almonds, egg yolk, oil and a bit of brandy and mix very well.
From the dough thus prepared form balls and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
Flatten the balls and stick on each an almond.
Bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees, until they take on a yellow-gold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of flour
- Baking powder
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 50 g of peeled almonds and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Little of brandy
