Mascarpone mortadella discs
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Peel, and chop finely raffreddare.
Also chop the capers, gherkins and the washed Basil and add it to the eggs.
The mascarpone cream.
, smeared with this compound the slice of mortadella, roll it up on herself, wrap it in aluminum foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After this time, remove the aluminum foil, cut the roll, place on a serving platter and serve.

- 2 eggs
- 2 pickles
- 1 sprig of basil
- 50 g of mascarpone
