Pineapple dessert
Instructions
Coarsely chop the pineapple slices.
Combine the egg yolks 2 tablespoons sugar and process them to foam.
Add a tablespoon of cocoa, mascarpone cream a little at a time, and then the chopped pineapple.
Incorporate the egg whites.
Place the cream in 4 dessert bowls and pour the chocolate shavings.
Serve cold.

- 4 slices of canned pineapple in syrup
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sweet cocoa
- 100 g of white chocolate shavings
