Carnival cruscoli
Instructions
You mix flour, eggs and sugar for good and the mixture thus obtained is flattened with a rolling pin until you have a thin pastry.
This is cut into strips (cruscoli) which are fried in a pan with plenty of oil.
When they are golden, the cruscoli are arranged on a platter and sprinkling them with powdered sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 eggs
- 500 g of flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
