Pink crostini
Instructions
Fry the bread in butter.
In a small frying pan cook the sausages with two or three tablespoons of water; bucherellatele with the prongs of the fork.
Spread the crostini with garlic butter, lay over a sausage bared and cut in half vertically, sprinkle with caraway seeds and serve.

- Regular butter
- Garlic butter
