Instructions
Caramelize a mold from the screw cap or you can cover with a double foil, leaving to cool.
Beat well the five eggs (yolks and whites together), stirring the sugar.
Heat, without bringing to the boil, 50 cl of milk with a lemon or orange zest and combine everything.
Finally pour into the mold.
Put two cups of cold water in the pressure cooker, setting the mold and wait 18 minutes after the pot started to whistle.

- 5 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 cups of water
- 1 grated lemon (or orange peel)

- 100 g of sugar
