Instructions
Work in a saucepan the yolks with the sugar until they become fluffy and creamy, add the cornstarch, lemon zest and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Heat the milk in a saucepan and pour little by little on the mixture stirring constantly, put the pot on the fire and bring to a boil Cook for 2 minutes
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 90 g of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 3 tablespoons of wheat starch
- == 1 lemon (zest)
