Grandma's ricotta cream
Instructions
Dissolve the ricotta cheese with the milk, then add all the other ingredients except biscuits, banging for about 1 hour with 1 wooden spoon.
Compose the sweet in Tray 1 alternating layers with ladyfingers soaked in liquor.
Smoothing out the last layer of ricotta with 1 wet knife blade into the boiling water.
Garnish to taste and refrigerate for a few hours.

- 800 g of ricotta
- 120 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 cup of alkermes
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 box of savoiardi biscuits
