Almond cream (2)
Instructions
Finely chop the almonds and put them in a saucepan with milk, starch and sugar.
Bring to a boil, stirring, then turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
Merge, then, the cream and put the cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 g of almond
- 100 g of sugar
- 30 g of potato starch
- 25 cl of creme fraiche
- 15 g of pistachios
