The orange cream
Instructions
In a small Pan (preferably nonstick), pour the egg yolks, sugar, orange juice and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Stirring and at very low heat, bring to a boil the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Then, turn off the heat and let cool.
Soon after, add whipped cream, stir and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.

- 3 egg yolks
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 large oranges (juice)
- 20 cl of whipped
