Instructions
Mix the icing sugar to the mascarpone and Add egg yolks.
Aside from Mount the egg whites until stiff, mixing gently by embedding them with cream bottom-to-top.
A glass dish lined with cookies soaked in marsala (maybe stretched with very little water) and disponeteci half of the cream.
Cover with a layer of biscuit dunked and pour another layer of cream.
End with other cookies arranged in a radial pattern.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
